Max Wolf, Head of Operations at Noel Hospitality, still remembers the beginning well. When the team opened their first hotel, they had a clear vision but little experience in the industry. Their goal was to run hotels in a modern, efficient, and digital way.

The starting point was Hotel Villa Noel, a small boutique hotel in the heart of Dresden, which laid the foundation for everything that followed.

From the start, it was clear that they wanted to set up their processes so that further growth would be possible. That's why the team decided early on for centralized software that organizes all workflows.

After the successful launch of Villa Noel, the next project soon followed. An apartment building on Sylt became part of the group. The new property could be integrated into existing workflows without new tools or process changes.

The next step was the acquisition of Trierer Hof in Koblenz. For the team, this meant integrating an existing hotel into their structure for the first time. Thanks to the digital processes already in place, this transition went much more smoothly than expected.

Reservations, pricing, and guest communication could be managed immediately through the same platform.

At the end of last year, the next major step followed. Noel Hospitality launched Sleep Club, a new budget concept. Two more locations in Hamburg and Berlin opened in quick succession. The concept relies heavily on standardized workflows and digital processes.

"What worked at the first hotel, we could simply transfer to the next locations. That saved us an enormous amount of work and time."

Today, Noel Hospitality operates multiple properties in various cities—and the development continues. The next hotel near Hamburg is already in the planning phase.
