With the nicetostay in Bremen, the Neiro Property Group has implemented a hotel concept that consciously breaks new ground. Instead of a traditional reception, the property relies entirely on digital processes. The goal was to create a hotel that can be operated efficiently while offering guests an uncomplicated and modern experience.

The idea for this concept comes from Rahman Neiro. As founder of the Centro Hotel Group, he has led and developed hundreds of hotels over the course of his career. Today, he remains deeply rooted in the hotel industry with Neiro Property and is intensively engaged with the question of how hotels can be operated economically in the future.

Access to the hotel and rooms is provided by the electronic locking system from Salto KS. Guest communication is handled by Nora, the AI reception from CheckedInn. This is complemented by GuestX, the guest app, through which guests can manage their reservation, receive information about their stay, and generate their invoice independently. "Our goal was to show that a hotel can function without a traditional reception and guests still have everything they need."

The surroundings are also consciously integrated into the concept. Right across the street is a bakery, which guests are already directed to in the digital guest journey. "Sustainable concepts mean for us also involving the neighborhood. When there are good offers right at the doorstep, we don't need to recreate them in the hotel."
